Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Palamo on your own behalf. If you use Palamo for another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

Your account

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, notify us promptly at support@palamo.app.

Acceptable use

Palamo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your lawful use. You may not:

• use the Service in a way that violates law or infringes anyone’s rights;
• interfere with the Service or attempt to access it without authorization;
• distribute malware, scrape or harvest data at scale, or bypass technical restrictions;
• reverse engineer the Service except to the extent non-waivable law permits; or
• use the Service to send spam or abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.

We may suspend or limit access where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the Service, other users, or to comply with law.

Connected platforms & posting

When you connect a social or content platform (for example YouTube, Instagram, X, Reddit, Bluesky, or TikTok), you authorize Palamo to access the data needed for the features you use, and you confirm you have the right to connect that account and grant that access. You remain bound by each platform’s own terms.

Palamo does not post, comment, or publish to your connected accounts without your explicit action. Where Palamo can post on your behalf, it does so only after you review and approve the content.

AI features & recommendations

Palamo uses automated analysis and AI models to score content, surface trends, and generate suggestions such as titles, descriptions, hashtags, and posting plans. These outputs are recommendations only. Results can vary and may be inaccurate, so you should apply your own judgment before publishing anything.

Plans, billing & refunds

Palamo may offer free features, trials, or paid subscriptions. Pricing, billing intervals, and plan features are shown at checkout or in your account. If you buy a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and any renewal charges until you cancel. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the same term. You may cancel renewal at any time before the next billing date through your account settings or by contacting support@palamo.app. Except where required by law or expressly promised by Palamo, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Your content & intellectual property

As between you and Palamo, Palamo and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, interfaces, design, and branding. You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Palamo a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service. We may use aggregated or deidentified data to analyze and improve our services, provided it does not identify you personally.

Changes to the Service

The Service may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, temporarily or permanently, including to maintain security, comply with law, improve performance, or address misuse. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, create risk to the Service or others, or where continued access may expose Palamo to legal or security harm.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Palamo does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, or that all defects will be corrected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palamo disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palamo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption. Palamo’s total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Palamo during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Palamo, its affiliates, and personnel from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Service, your unlawful content, or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for the reasons described above. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Where Palamo stores your content, you may request a copy or deletion as described in our Privacy Policy and data deletion page.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law in your place of residence gives you additional rights. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring claims elsewhere. Palamo may seek injunctive relief for misuse of the Service or infringement of intellectual property rights in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms, emailing you, or notifying you through the Service. The updated Terms take effect on the stated effective date, and your continued use of the Service after that date means you accept them.
